Refund Policy

We strive to ensure the highest quality of services, but we understand that situations may arise when the client wants to get their money back. For this reason, we apply a money back guarantee of up to 30 calendar days. 1. Refund conditions 1.1. The client has the right to demand a refund within 30 calendar days from the date of purchase or provision of the service. 1.2. Money may be refunded in the following cases: The service was not provided or was provided incorrectly. The client refuses the service for objective reasons. A duplicate or erroneous operation was performed. Another justified reason assessed by our administration. 1.3. Money is not refunded if: The service has already been fully provided and the client has used it. The client refuses the service without a valid reason. A refund request must be submitted after the 30 calendar day period.

2. Refund Process

2.1. To initiate a refund, the customer must submit a request by e-mail or via the Paysera payment platform, indicating: Order/payment number; Reason for the refund; Contact details. 2.2. Upon receipt of the request, we will examine it within 5 business days and inform the customer about the decision. 2.3. After confirming the refund, the money is transferred to the same account from which the payment was made within 10 business days.

3. Special conditions and exceptions

3.1. If the service was purchased at a discount or during a special promotion, additional refund terms may apply. 3.2. The Paysera payment system may apply certain administrative fees or commissions for refunds, depending on the nature of the transaction. 3.3. In the event of a dispute regarding a refund, it shall be resolved through negotiations, and if an agreement cannot be reached, in accordance with applicable law.
